The breakfast selection was wonderful. I found a huge variety of options. the bed was comfortable. I slept very well. the spa facilities were also great, nice for a very relaxing experience.

The room I received was not the one I had booked. When I spoke with reception, I was told those rooms were unavailable. It was disappointing as I was expecting something different.

I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast offered a wide selection at imagine level 29. i appreciated that cafes and restaurants were within walking distance. the spa facilities were great. Yoga classes were available to book with my stay.
The room felt a bit basic. The desk lacked space for a laptop and other items.

the hotel is near liesberg park, nice for easy access to recreational activities. it offers convenient access to various restaurants and coffee bars nearby. supermarkets are located within a short distance. this made exploring the area simple.

The breakfast was superb, with lots of fresh fruit and cheese. it had healthy food choices and was available early. the lounge restaurant offered delicious food. reservations were needed at other hotel restaurants, which posed some difficulty.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful to me. They even allowed a late check-out. I really appreciated this. Breakfast is excellent. The restaurant manager was very friendly and took the time to explain the ingredients in their morning shot. You can see they do their best to.
I found it a little strange that there was no space available in any of the four restaurants during New Year's Eve.

The hotel is close to the amusement park, and it has games for children. A spacious car parking area includes an EV charging point. I found this very convenient. Several organized activities are available for children on site.

My room was very big and comfortable. I had plenty of space. The room has a great view towards the park, so we thought it would get better when the sun is not direct. Skyview rooms come with breakfast on the 29th floor restaurant.

i visited the spa center, and it was a great decision. Very kind staff there. The all day restaurant on the 23rd floor of tower 1 serves a fantastic shrimp sandwich.

The location is great both for sightseeing but especially if visiting an event at Scandinavium. Liesberg Park is located nearby. I could access it quickly and easily. The hotel is directly across from the funfair park.
